By The latest Cyberpunk 2.2 patch was a surprise to even the most hardcore fans of the game. No one expected it and was one of the best patches to be released in any game in 2024.
In this patch, the developers introduced several big enhancements and changes to the game, including new additions to the character creation system. But the biggest update was the introduction of vehicle customization.
You can now fully customize the colors and designs of your favorite cars in Cyberpunk 2077 to match your style. Look for the Spraycan icon when visiting the Autofixer to find vehicles that support this new system.
What’s so special about this new customization system is how it operates. Instead of choosing from a set of color swatches, you can actually create your own custom colors using a color wheel.
Not only that, you can also copy color schemes off of cars in the open world, even while you’re driving. This mechanic works so seamlessly that I haven’t seen anything like this in any other video game so far.
CD Projekt Red is currently working on the Cyberpunk 2077 sequel and I have a feeling that they are using Cyberpunk 2077 as the staging ground to test new systems and features before implementing them in the new game.
